Linda S. Klinger, Esq. had a career in publishing before obtaining her law degree. Upon graduating law school Linda practiced civil litigation and intellectual property law. However, as many first year attorneys can attest, the long hours and lack of pay created undue personal hardships similar to many of her current clients. At that time, Linda decided that she would use her education to help people and give back to the community. Danielle Gueck-Townsend is an associate bankruptcy lawyer with the Klinger Law Center San Diego office.  Danielle is an alumnus of The University of Tulsa where she earned her bachelors degree and received her law degree from California Western School of Law.  Danielle practices in the areas of Bankruptcy, Intellectual Property, Landlord-Tenant law, Contract drafting and review, and Business Compliance.  Danielle is admitted to the State Bar of California as well as the United States District Court for the Southern District of California.

Chris Bush
San Diego Bankruptcy Attorney Chris Bush received his bachelor's degree in Sociology of Law and Political Institutions from the University of California at Santa Cruz in 1993. He attended California Western School of Law as a Kennedy Scholar, graduating with a Juris Doctorate degree in 2005. While earning his Juris Doctorate, he interned with the Hon. S. Charles Wickersham, Judge of the Superior Court of California in San Diego. Since his admission to the Bar, Mr. Bush has focussed his practice exclusively on Bankruptcy. He has successfully represented hundreds of clients in Bankruptcy proceedings. He is admitted to practice in the Southern Federal District Courts of California. Mr. Bush is a San Diego native. Prior to becoming an attorney, he was a portrait photographer, computer programmer, and market research analyst.
